Planning is in effect!

By on July 13, 2015

The planning is in full-swing! And there’s a phenomenal amount of it! The blog should be up soon and so should the route map. What a visual that will be!

Thanks to everyone who is helping to make this first-ever expedition happen!

If you have chipped-in already, please Share with friends! If you haven’t, and would like to, please join the team by throwing-in and Sharing, too! I hope you like the rewards for different levels! We’re making good progress!

I look forward to sharing with you and the world the incredible experiences of the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, the Maine Island Trail, the Saint John River, its Reversing Falls and the Bay of Fundy! It all starts in a little more than three months!

Kayaking in Maine

In April of 2016, I’ll launch on a 75-day river/ocean odyssey that will carry me over 2 countries, 4 states, 22 streams, 58 lakes, and 1500 miles. As leader of L.L.Bean’s Outdoor Discovery Schools for 10 years and a former member of the US Canoe & Kayak team with numerous whitewater first-descents to my credit, I believe I am uniquely qualified to meet this challenge.
